Lawrence Fan, M.D.
Dr. Lawrence Fan was born in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated summa cum laude with degrees in both chemical engineering & biochemistry. He received his medical degree with honors from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical in Dallas, Texas in 2004.
Dr. Fan completed his internship at the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2005. He served his residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine in Kentucky and completed his fellowship in Neuroradiology at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2009.
