Dr. Michael Hartman was born in Ohio in 1971. He graduated from Colonel Crawford High School, North Robinson, Ohio in 1989 and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University in 1993. After doing one year of neuroanatomy research at The Ohio State University, Dr. Hartman attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine and received his medical degree in 1998.
Dr. Hartman completed his internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio before moving to Dallas, Texas in 1999. He received his residency training in diagnostic radiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas in 2003. He also completed a one year Musculoskeletal Imaging fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern specializing in MRI imaging of the joints.
Dr. Hartman received his Texas medical license in 2000, was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in 2003 and joined Red River Valley Radiology Associates, P.A., in 2004 to practice diagnostic radiology with Musculoskeletal subspecialization. Dr. Hartman is married with two children.

Dr. Philip W. Clifford was born November 24, 1950, in San Antonio, Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University and his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Clifford served his radiology residency at Baylor University Medical Center where he was Chief Radiology Resident from 1978 to 1979.
After completing his residency, he returned to Paris to practice medicine in the specialty of radiology with his father, James L. Clifford, M.D. He has been board certified by the American Board of Radiology since 1979 and is a founding member of Red River Valley Radiology Associates, P.A. Dr. Clifford is retired and married with one daughter. His wife, Yvette Clifford M.D., was a pathologist at Red River Valley Pathology Laboratory.

While in his fellowship, Dr. Winters had the opportunity to work with multiple professional athletic organizations such as the Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins.
