Ronald R. Winters, M.D.

Dr. Ronald R. Winters was born in Midland, Texas. He earned his undergraduate degrees in both Biology and Business Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, where he was selected to join the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. In 2013, he graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas with a medical degree with honors, and a Masters in Business Administration.
Dr. Winters completed his residency training in Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology in 2018 at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Winters was elected by his peers and staff to serve as Chief Radiology Resident from 2017-2018. He then completed a Musculoskeletal Imaging and Intervention Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. While in his fellowship, Dr. Winters had the opportunity to work with multiple professional athletic organizations such as the Patriots, Red Sox and Bruins.
Dr. Winters joined Red River Valley Radiology Associates, P.A., in July 2019 and was board certified by the American Board of Radiology in September of the same year. He enjoys living in North Texas with his wife and children.
